Pawnee Mental Health’s Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) plays a crucial role in Clay County’s mental health support system, providing crisis screenings, overnight care, hotline support, and mobile crisis services to hundreds of individuals since its opening in 2019. Donations directed to the CSU help sustain these vital services, ensuring timely intervention and compassionate care during moments of urgent need.
Serving more than 7,000 people annually across ten counties in north central Kansas, Pawnee Mental Health offers comprehensive behavioral health services, including counseling, substance use treatment, youth and adult rehabilitation, psychiatry, and ongoing crisis support—dedicated to fostering community healing, empowerment, and resilience.
