Common Ground Ministries
Common Ground Ministries serves the Clay County community by uniting Christians from various denominations to address children, youth, and adults' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Throughout the year, donations help provide food for youth programs, support special events like the National Day of Prayer BBQ, and fund ongoing expenses such as facility upkeep, utilities, and insurance. They are remodeling the Faith Mission Church to establish a men's shelter, expanding their capacity to serve those in need.
As an umbrella organization, Common Ground supports multiple vital ministries, including Labor of Love, which assists the elderly and disabled with home repairs; Faith Mission Ministries, serving homeless men; Victims No More, supporting survivors of sexual abuse; and Family Home Shelter for homeless families. They also run free afterschool programs and provide outreach through Community Pastor and New Hope Ministries, which help women facing addiction, homelessness, and poverty. Your support strengthens these ministries and their impact on our community.
