Clay Center Parks & Recreation Fund

The Clay Center Parks & Recreation department strives to provide a variety of programs for all ages and establish great facilities for the public to use and enjoy.  We have made great improvements to both our athletic facilities and area parks in recent years, such as new playground equipment (Reed Park and Tiger Terrace Park), new basketball and pickleball courts, new sprinkle systems and much more.  We have a long list of projects we'd like to accomplish in the coming years and with your help, we hope to do them all.  Some of major wish list items include new ball field lighting for multiple fields, lighting and sound system at the Rundle-Brown Athletic Complex, new backstop and fencing at several ball fields, new basketball goals and painted court at Dexter Park, swerve/whiffle ball field at Reed Park and improvements to the disc golf courses at Dexter and Huntress Park.
